Privacy Policy
The protection of your personal data is important to us. This privacy policy informs you about how AHOIRA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G. processes personal data when you visit this website, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and applicable German data protection law.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing on this website is: AHOIRA UG (haftungsbeschränkt) i.G., Rotmoosweg 7a, 94469 Deggendorf, Germany. Email: info@ahoira.com
2. Data Collected
When you visit this website, our hosting provider's web server automatically records certain information, including your IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URL, and the pages you visit. We do not store this data ourselves; it is processed exclusively by the hosting provider as part of service delivery, for technical operation and security purposes. See Section 8 for details on our hosting provider.
3. Contacting Us
If you contact us via the email link provided on this website, we process the data you provide (e.g. name, email address, message content) solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry. This data transfer takes place directly through your email client, not through this website. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest). Please note that transmitting data by unencrypted email can have security vulnerabilities, and complete protection against access by third parties is not possible.
4. Your Rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and data portability regarding your personal data. You also have the right to object to processing and to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The competent supervisory authority is the Bavarian State Office for Data Protection Supervision (BayLDA). To exercise your rights, please contact us at info@ahoira.com.
5. Right to Object
Where we process personal data on the basis of legitimate interests pursuant to Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, you have the right to object to this processing at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation. We will then no longer process the data concerned unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests, rights, and freedoms. Please send your objection to info@ahoira.com.
6. Cookies
This website does not use cookies. No comparable technologies, such as local storage, are used for tracking or analytics purposes either.
7. Analytics and Statistics
This website uses the analytics service Plausible (Plausible Insights OÜ, Västriku tn 2, 50403 Tartu, Estonia) to evaluate visitor numbers and trends. To count how many different people visit the website, Plausible converts technical information such as the IP address and browser details into an anonymous code that cannot be reversed and that changes automatically once a day. Your actual IP address is not stored, and you cannot be recognized across multiple days, devices, or websites. No cookies are set. The resulting aggregated statistics (e.g. page views, visitor counts, trends) are anonymous and do not allow any conclusions to be drawn about individual persons. They are retained for as long as our Plausible account exists, so that developments over time can be observed. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in traffic measurement). A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Plausible Insights OÜ.
8. Hosting
This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc. When you access the website, the server log data described in Section 2 is processed by the hosting provider. A data processing agreement (Art. 28 GDPR) is in place with Netlify. Further information: https://www.netlify.com/privacy/.
